My name is Jeromy Clark and I live in Detroit Michigan. I’m not a fitness buff by any means. I don’t go to the gym, and before 4 minute abs, I rarely did any kind of workout at home. Most I can tell you is that he’s not a certified personal trainer or nutritionist. I tried to do some research on him but there really isn’t much information that I was able to find. Because of the lack of information found, my personal opinion is that Jake Hunter is just a typical guy. Now I could be wrong on that since there are several Jake Hunters that I did find information on. For all I know, one of them could have been him.

But anyways, in Jake Hunter 4 minute abs video promo, he talks about how he ran into some guy who told him the secrets to getting flatter, ripped abs and what to do to constantly burn fat 24 hours a day. Well, in the 4 minute abs report, he goes into a more in depth story about that day. And since there is no way that I can word it the way he did, I’ll try to sum it up%u2026 He met with several Health researchers and Nutritionist experts who all told him some the things that almost everyone was mislead to believe.

I’ll admit, I was quite shocked to find out that there were several things in his 4 minute abs report that he suggests you stay away from that we all eat daily, sometime 2 or 3 times a day. I won’t get in to what they are only because this is a review and not a “verbatim” report. But I will say that after reading through the 4 minute abs report, I immediately went to my fridge and pantry and started cleaning house. I was shock to see that almost 80% of everything I had contained some, if not everything Jake mentioned.

But on a lighter side, Jake does tell you several things that are not only good for you, but they will boost your metabolism rate so you can burn fat and lose weight faster than ever. You may be surprised to see that a couple of things that he tells you to eat, Fitness gurus will tell you to stay away from. However, Jake will provide you with actual case studies proving that the foods are good for you as long as you keep them in moderation.

4 Minute Abs ReviewOK, I’m sure you want to hear personal experience stories rather than an opinion of the product. Well here it is. I have been using the 4 minute abs workout routine now for a little over a month. I’ll admit switching the way I ate took some getting used to. But the good part is I didn’t have to portion what I ate. Hell I eat better now than I did before I started the program and I’m not talking about healthier eating (although I am eating healthier now), I’m talking about full 3 course meals every day.

The exercises that he recommends I can almost guarantee you have done at least once in your life. They are basic exercises that most people have forgotten about. But what I found amazing was that it’s not the exercises that speed up your fat burning hormones, it’s how they are done. Honestly, you can do what every exercise you want with his 4 minute abs system as long as you stick to how he says to do them.

Although he says that this product is for men 35 and older, Ladies I don’t see why you can’t do them. You may not want to build rock hard abs, but almost every woman I know wants a flat stomach. My fiance and 14 year old daughter works out with me, using the 4 minute abs system and they have both lost weight and feel much better about how they look. My daughter has gone from weighing 140 lbs to 128 lbs and my fiance has gone from a size 6 to a size 4.

The one thing that I have to tell everyone is that some of you who try this may not lose weight. The reason why is if you are adding in some sort of strength training exercises, you’re more than likely putting the weight back on in muscle. So don’t be discouraged if your weight doesn’t change. What you want to watch out for is that flab that’s around your belly disappear. Once you notice that, then you will know that they system works.
